Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, rate naturalness and usefulness, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos, judge adherence to prompts, and provide concise explanations. Join a globally distributed team and work from anywhere with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video, with notes in writing.
