Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare images and videos to judge which follows prompts best.

You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule. At Outlier, your evaluations help shape how AI systems reason and improve, contributing to frontier research turned into real-world performance.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Aufgaben

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, misaligned audio or text errors.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues in English.
