Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You will compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, identify issues like distorted elements or mismatched audio, and rate outputs across dimensions such as

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and strong listening skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot mistakes.
Comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural and clear they sound.
Compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts and judge adherence to instructions.
Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
Write a specific explanation in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
