Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked off in writing.

Tasks include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts and providing concise rationale in English. You'll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by contributing to Outlier’s evaluation loop, with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and ability to explain observations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot distortions, flicker, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write concise English explanations pointing to observed issues.
