Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll help shape how AI systems reason and improve through an evaluation and feedback loop. The role is fully remote with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write concise, English explanations pointing to observed issues.
