Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, helping advance AI reasoning and real-world performance.

Work remotely with flexible hours across multiple countries, earning up to $15 per hour plus incentives, and gain free access to leading LLMs for your research and evaluation tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining options clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flickering, or audio/video mismatches.
• Writing a clear, sentence-level explanation in English that points to what was seen or heard.
