Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere, on your own schedule. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve, earning up to $15/hr plus incentives. Flexible hours, weekly payments, and free access to leading LLMs are part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisive judgments when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
