Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work is fully remote with flexible hours. Earn up to $15 USD/hr, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. You will also review image/video outputs, provide explanations, and contribute to improving AI performance.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio-video misalignment.
Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation detailing observations.
