Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve AI reasoning and behavior.

The role is freelance, remote, with no minimum hours and weekly payment options. Paid up to $15 per hour, with additional incentives and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English.
