Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and clearly explain what looked off. Your work helps improve AI systems while you work from home on your own terms.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking sound quality.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems such as distortions, flickering, and misalignment.
• Writing concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing observed issues.
