Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will critique live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Responsibilities include assessing realism and prompt adherence, then documenting precise explanations to improve AI behavior. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely for artifacts, glitches, or misalignments and writing explanations in English.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism with a written justification.
