Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote schedule. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare outputs, and explain in writing what looked off or inconsistent, all to help improve real-world AI performance.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, able to articulate observations clearly, and comfortable working independently with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, concise written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to listen closely and replay when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is desirable but not required.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank outputs by naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations of findings in writing.
