Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media outputs, and explain what is off in writing, all remotely and on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication; comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spots issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distortion, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear English explanation of findings.
