Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what appeared off or incorrect.

Responsibilities include scoring exchanges, critiquing alignment to prompts, and providing concise, evidence-based feedback to help improve AI systems. All tasks are remote and on your own timetable.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural everyday speech.
• Strong attention to detail, patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise explanation in English describing what was seen or heard.
