Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

You’ll assess fidelity across prompts, visuals, and audio, and contribute to improving AI reasoning. Remote work with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch; explain findings in written English.
