Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what looks off in writing. Your insights help improve how AI systems reason and respond.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio, and delivering precise explanations in English. Flexible hours and weekly payments are provided, with access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
Comfortable speaking and reasoning in natural conversations.
Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Hold live conversations with AI voice models, ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
Write detailed explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
