Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere in the world. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and describe what looked or sounded off.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication in everyday conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on details.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in real time.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Spot issues such as distortion, flicker, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Provide concise explanations in English detailing what was observed and why.
