Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, remotely and at your convenience.

Responsibilities include rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, and writing concise English explanations. Paid weekly, with free access to leading LLMs and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication in everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patient in replaying or zooming in on outputs.
• Nice to have: pursuing/holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly in natural conversations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio mismatches.
• Writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
