Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score each exchange, and explain what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, with payments weekly and access to leading LLMs valued at over $200 per month. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to listen closely.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide between flawed options and justify choices.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for artifacts, motion issues, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Writing English explanations detailing what you saw or heard with specific references.
• Performing image/video evaluations, caption labeling, and audio evaluations.
