Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and judge which follows prompts most accurately.

You will explain your judgments in writing in English while working remotely on your own schedule. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with sharp attention to detail, able to replay scenes, and provide concise evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio, then explain findings in English.
