Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs by how well they follow prompts, and provide written explanations of what looked off, all on your own schedule and remotely. Roles are fully remote with flexible hours.

Candidates should be fluent in English and comfortable scoring complex media tasks. Experience in writing concise analyses is a plus, and applicants from multiple countries are

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and ability to describe observations clearly.
• High attention to detail and patience to review AI outputs carefully.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Write concise explanations in English detailing what was observed in each exchange.
