Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain in writing what was off.

Tasks include comparing image/video pairs and ranking accuracy against prompts, all on your own schedule. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong attention to detail and a knack for clear, concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking outputs.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely for artifacts, flickering, misalignment, or audio-video inconsistencies.
• Writing concise, evidence-based explanations in English about what was observed.
