Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your schedule.

At Outlier, your insights help shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You will document findings about errors and how to fix them, contributing to real-world AI performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation of findings.
