Qualifications

• 5-8 years of marketing project or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with marketing channels (creative development, media campaigns, social, email campaigns, web, events and etc.) and marketing performance measurement.
• Experience driving and delivering complex marketing programs from inception to delivery.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment in a matrix environment.
• Strong track record building workback schedules and trackers, and managing timelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across concurrent projects.
• Clear, proactive communicator who drives follow-through and accountability.
• Thrive in operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing operations for product launches.
• Gather work requirements across launches, prioritize based on business needs and available resources.
• Work with multiple marketing functions and oversee delivery of planned activities.
• Organize daily activities against product launch goals.
• Meet regularly with stakeholders to communicate progress and insights.
• Develop and scale best practices, templates, and tools.
• Support Integrated Program Management Director to improve program processes and workflows and on other strategic projects such as annual planning and collaboration model development.
