Crystal D in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a strategic, creative marketing leader to work closely with our VP of Marketing. You will launch new products, strengthen lead generation, and shape digital experiences including our website, while building AI-powered marketing systems that drive revenue for distributors and retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience leading or supporting product launches, strategic marketing campaigns, or go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience using marketing analytics to measure success and improve performance.
• A continuous learner who enjoys building new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives.
• Partner on product launches from concept through market execution.
• Shape the strategy and evolution of Crystal D's digital experience, including our website.
• Build AI-powered marketing workflows and processes.
• Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create strategic marketing campaigns that generate demand and strengthen customer engagement.
• Develop sales enablement tools and resources that support our sales team.
• Collaborate across departments to drive key business initiatives.
• Measure results and continuously improve marketing performance through data and insights.
