Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Program Manager, Marketing to organize and scale our marketing initiatives across Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, and events. You will partner with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure launches, campaigns, and events run on time and align with company goals.

You'll manage product launches from kickoff through post-launch reviews, introducing structured processes, templates, and stage gates to ensure clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes in

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program management for a marketing team in a high-growth environment.
• Experience managing high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced setting with deadlines.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to plan and execute shared initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for multiple concurrent priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to align stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear plans and status updates.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program manager for the marketing organization across Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, and events.
• Own end-to-end program management of product launches, planning through execution and post-launch reviews.
• Track and report launch status, milestones, risks, and outcomes for leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings ensuring clear ownership, decisions, and next steps.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and approvals across concurrent launches in a dynamic environment.
• Establish and maintain consistent PM processes, templates, and tools across marketing.
• Maintain the marketing team's PM tool with real-time project visibility.
• Ensure work aligns to marketing goals and KPIs.
