Job summary

Cyera, a leader in secure AI data adoption, is seeking a Program Manager, Marketing. This role partners with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and events while driving alignment with broader marketing goals.

You will bring structure, timelines, templates, and stage gates to launches, ensuring on-time delivery and clear accountability in a fast-paced environment. The position is hybrid with office options in major US cities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program management experience for a marketing team in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to plan and execute high-priority initiatives with deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver shared initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple initiatives and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to drive stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary program manager for marketing initiatives across Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, and Events.
• Own end-to-end management of product launches from planning through post-launch review; improve NPI processes.
• Track launch status, milestones, risks, and outcomes; report to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings with clear ownership and decisions across workstreams.
• Manage timelines and dependencies across multiple launches in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain consistent PM processes, templates, and tools across marketing.
• Maintain the marketing PM tool to provide real-time visibility into projects.
