This role targets an experienced litigator with strong AI knowledge, capable of translating legal, technical, and business contexts while guiding AI-enabled capabilities and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Minimum of five years of substantive litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of litigation workflows and client service demands.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI in legal work.
• Ability to translate between legal, technical, and business contexts.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Curious and practical mindset with a willingness to experiment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with litigation practices to redesign workflows.
• Build relationships with practice leaders and understand work processes.
• Analyze workflows to identify AI and process improvement opportunities.
• Advise on AI applications in legal work while maintaining quality and oversight.
• Lead AI-enabled capability development and scaling initiatives.
• Serve as an expert for AI platforms and develop reusable solutions.
• Provide guidance and training on AI tools and workflows.
• Partner with client teams to enhance litigation delivery.
• Stay informed on AI and legal technology developments.
