BCG Attorney Search in New York City seeks an Innovation Attorney to advise lawyers, matter teams, clients, and practice groups on aligning innovative legal technologies with workflows to improve value, insights, efficiency, and productivity.

The role emphasizes partnering with litigation groups to optimize service delivery through technology, configuring tools to meet needs, and serving as a liaison for clients on AI projects while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

J.D. or equivalent admitted to state bar.
2+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer or in legal operations; litigation experience required.
Experience with strategic application of technology in litigation.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with litigation practice groups to optimize legal service delivery using technology.
Replicate practice group successes by applying learned lessons across teams.
Configure legal technologies to meet practice group needs.
Identify opportunities to enhance technology solutions for clients and practice groups.
Serve as a liaison for clients on AI projects and legal tech functionality.
Implement outreach initiatives to increase lawyer engagement with technology.
Collaborate on projects with various firm teams and departments.
Stay informed on legal industry trends and emerging technologies.
Protect sensitive and confidential information.
Perform other duties as required to meet firm goals.
Align working hours to support global teams.
