Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Innovation Attorney to bridge practicing attorneys and innovation professionals, driving technology adoption, generative AI, and process improvements in a large law firm setting.

You will lead projects, design workflows, and develop data dashboards, advising on strategy and client service enhancements while collaborating across practice groups to scale practical AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing as an attorney in a large law firm.
• Experience managing projects or process improvement initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate workstreams and complete projects within established deadlines.
• Familiarity with legal technology, emerging technology, and generative AI applications in legal practice.
• Understanding of project management, process improvement, and legal service delivery principles.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, technology adoption, and client service.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal service delivery improvement initiatives involving workflow design, process optimization, technology implementation, and operational best practices.
• Evaluate legal workflows, resource utilization, service delivery models, and industry trends to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, consistency, and client value.
• Partner with attorneys and practice groups to develop and implement technology-enabled legal solutions.
• Advise legal teams on practice innovation, legal technology, process improvement, and service delivery strategies.
• Develop dashboards, reports, portals, and other tools that provide matter teams and clients with useful data and insights.
• Capture and utilize matter, experience, and practice data to improve future legal service delivery.
• Support collaboration platforms and solutions involving clients, local counsel, and other external parties.
• Manage innovation projects from initial planning and scoping through implementation and completion.
