Old National Bank seeks an AI Learning Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate AI training that builds fluency and responsible adoption across the organization. You will own the instructional design lifecycle for AI learning experiences, collaborating with the Center of Excellence and subject matter experts to ensure effective learning materials and testing.

Periodic travel may be required. You will create job aids, develop training materials, and assess program effectiveness while aligning

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with AI technology with a focus on Microsoft suite of tools.
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible practices preferred.
• Ability to translate organizational AI strategies into programs and practices.
• Minimum of 3 years in learning and development or instructional design, including varied delivery methods.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end instructional design: analyze needs, define objectives, and select delivery methods.
• Develop accessible, interactive learning solutions (ILT, virtual, e-learning, video, blended).
• Create storyboards, job aids, assessments, and curricula; align with AI strategy roadmaps.
• Develop evaluation strategies to measure knowledge and adoption; provide stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain regulatory and organizational knowledge; update content for changes.
