Blink Health is seeking an AI Learning Experience Designer to drive AI-powered, simulation-based training across instructional design, live facilitation, and Product/Engineering. You will translate learning needs into technical requirements and build scalable, realistic practice environments for high-stakes skills.

This hybrid role sits in New York or Seattle, requiring 7+ years in L&D, hands-on AI tooling, and a portfolio of AI-generated simulations.

Qualifications

7+ years in instructional design or related L&D role.
Experience building with AI to design, develop, and scale learning experiences.
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating AI-generated simulations is required.
Ability to translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions.
Experience partnering with Product/Engineering teams or other technical partners.

Responsibilities

Design branching scenarios, role-play conversations, and simulations grounded in adult learning principles.
Define realism and effectiveness for simulations with personas, difficulty curves, and feedback loops.
Own the simulation roadmap aligned to priority skill gaps.
Own prompts and AI-driven simulation content and tools; evaluate vendors and platforms.
