Job summary

Blink Health is seeking an AI Learning Experience Designer in a hybrid role based in New York or Seattle. You will design and build realistic practice environments, from conversational role-play to procedural simulations, translating learning needs into technical requirements for design, Product, and Engineering.

In this role you will own AI tooling for simulations, explore vendors and in-house solutions, and collaborate with L&D, Product, and Engineering to scale training that measurably

Responsibilities

• Design branching scenarios, role-play conversations, and procedural/technical simulations grounded in adult learning principles.
• Define realism criteria and feedback loops with SMEs.
• Build and maintain a simulation roadmap aligned to high-priority skill gaps.
• Own the prompt engineering and AI-driven simulation content generation.
• Bridge between Instructional Design, Facilitation & Product/Engineering with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Governance: ensure accessibility standards and data privacy in AI simulations.
• Measure impact using learning analytics and report to L&D leadership.
