Blink Health is seeking an AI Learning Experience Designer to shape AI-powered training environments in a hybrid role based in New York or Seattle. You will design realistic simulations, develop AI-assisted content, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to scale learning at the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or closely related L&D role.
• Experience building with AI to design, develop, and scale learning experiences, including AI-assisted content generation, prompt engineering, content transformation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience creating AI-generated learning assets: simulations, chatbots, branching scenarios, role-play conversations, assessments, coaching activities.
• Ability to partner with product/engineering teams and translate requirements into design specs.

Responsibilities

• Design branching scenarios, role-play conversations, and procedural simulations grounded in adult learning principles.
• Define realism and effectiveness for each simulation in collaboration with SMEs and facilitators.
• Build a simulation roadmap aligned to core skill gaps and strategy, not just easiest tool to deploy.
• Own prompt engineering and configuration for AI-driven simulations and evaluate AI vendors/tools.
• Bridge instructional design with product/engineering, writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
