You will design hands-on workshops, videos, playbooks, and a champion network, partnering with Digital Operations, Security, Legal, and People to scale adoption while ensuring confidentiality and quality.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing ability to teach complex technology clearly through live facilitation, video, writing, or tutorials.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and workflows, with an example of an agent, automation, or reusable workflow you built.
• Exceptional facilitation and storytelling across audiences with varying technical confidence.
• Ability to diagnose real business workflows and explain when deterministic automation or human judgment is better.
• Evidence of changing behavior and sustained adoption beyond a single launch.

Responsibilities

• Own Giga's company-wide AI learning and enablement roadmap with practical paths for employees, managers, leaders, power users, and builders.
• Translate high-value needs into role-specific learning by studying how work happens across functions.
• Design and deliver hands-on workshops, workflow labs, onboarding sessions, office hours, and team coaching for real AI-use in work.
• Create concise, high-signal videos, live demos, field notes, job aids, and reusable examples for broad adoption.
• Maintain an enablement hub with tool guidance, playbooks, prompts, and examples from Giga teams.
• Build a network of AI champions to adapt guidance across functions and coach peers.
