Giga Energy in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time AI Training & Enablement Lead to build the learning and adoption system that keeps the company at the front edge of applied AI. You’ll help employees move from awareness to confident, responsible use and from one-off experiments to workflows that hold up in real operations.

You’ll own the human capability layer while partnering with Digital Operations, Security, Legal, People, and functional leaders on tools, workflows, controls, and rollout.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing clear teaching of complex technology through live facilitation, video, writing, or job aids.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and workflows, with a concrete example you built or configured.
• Evidence of sustained adoption beyond a launch or keynote.
• Ability to diagnose real business workflows and decide when AI or human judgment is better.
• Exceptional facilitation and storytelling across diverse audiences.
• Strong content judgment to create useful tutorials and keep them updated.
• Experience measuring impact of enablement on usage, adoption, and outcomes.
• Judgment about confidentiality, permissions, hallucinations, grounding, and escalation.
• High ownership, curiosity, direct communication, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own Giga's AI learning and enablement roadmap with practical paths for employees at different levels.
• Learn how work happens across functions and translate needs into role-specific learning.
• Design and deliver hands-on workshops, workflow labs, onboarding sessions, and team coaching.
• Act as internal AI creator producing concise videos, live demos, field notes, job aids, and reusable examples.
• Build and maintain an enablement hub with tool guidance, playbooks, prompts, and examples.
• Develop a network of AI champions to adapt guidance across functions and surface friction.
• Turn repeated questions into reusable training, templates, or briefs.
• Test new models and patterns; recommend pilots, scale, defer, or stop.
• Partner with multiple teams to ensure learning includes guidance on tools, confidentiality, and review.
• Measure adoption and impact beyond attendance.
