Job summary

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is seeking an architect to lead AI-augmented content development in L&D. You will design end-to-end workflows, maintain AI prompt libraries, and pilot AI tools within the LMS ecosystem, ensuring governance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• “5+ years in learning technology/ID with 2+ years AI/ML application.”
• Experience with SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, LTI and LMS/LXP platforms.
• HTML, CSS, web-based content development.
• Able to establish AI content quality governance and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI-augmented content development workflows and pipelines.
• Design and maintain an enterprise prompt library (version-controlled, tested, optimized).
• Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI-powered tools into the L&D technology stack.
• Establish AI content quality governance: accuracy, bias detection, accessibility, brand standards.
• Lead POC initiatives for new AI learning technologies.
• Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, and AI governance on compliance.
