Toyota Motor Credit Corporation seeks a Technical Lead, Learning Systems to shape the future of its enterprise learning ecosystem. You will lead strategy, architecture, and modernization of platforms spanning LMS, LXP, LCMS, LRS, and analytics.

You’ll partner with Learning & Development, HR, IT, Security, and Data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and AI-powered learning solutions. Strong leadership and cloud-centric engineering are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Learning Technologies, Instructional Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in learning technology, enterprise platforms, systems integration, software architecture, or related technical field.
• Proven experience leading enterprise learning ecosystems incl. LMS and related platforms (LXP, LCMS, LRS, analytics).
• Experience building multi-platform roadmaps covering architecture, scalability, integration, and long-term capability planning.
• Strong software engineering foundation with APIs, microservices, and modern backend technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js).
• Experience delivering cloud-native applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and data automation for learning operations.
