Qualifications

• Experience administering an LMS or similar learning platform.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-workstream and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating events, programs, or communities; champions network a plus.
• Clear, professional written communication skills.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
• Genuine interest in AI tools and scalable adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the AI learning platform, including content uploads and badge tracking.
• Organize, update, and produce learning content related to AI tools and principles.
• Coordinate logistics for AI learning events and sessions, including registration and follow-up.
• Support AI Champions program onboarding, communications, and engagement tracking.
• Help track learning progress and tool adoption metrics for leadership updates.
• Partner with the Office of AI on internal communications and rollout logistics.
