Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer for a remote role across the United States.

You will lead the development of semantic data products, establishing ontologies, taxonomies, and data models, and partner with IT, data, and business leaders to connect data across domains. You will own strategy, roadmap, and adoption, ensure governance and scalability, and mentor product managers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including data or data platform products.
• 3+ years leading teams, enterprise programs, or large multi-functional programs.
• End-to-end product ownership: strategy, roadmap, delivery, performance.
• Direct experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs.
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems and data governance.
• Experience enabling AI/ML or analytics through well-structured data.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
• Refine semantic data product based on user feedback and evolving needs.
• Define metrics to measure adoption, usability, and impact.
• Supervise usage and improve accessibility and value delivery.
• Evangelize connected semantic data across the organization.
