Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Korean language expert for an hourly remote contract to help evaluate and improve AI systems for Korean learners. You will leverage linguistic insight and teaching experience to shape how AI understands, assesses, and responds to learners within a cutting-edge education platform.

You will analyze Korean speech and writing across CEFR levels, provide structured feedback, and collaborate asynchronously with project leads to raise overall quality and reliability of AI language

Qualifications

• Native Korean language proficiency with strong linguistic intuition.
• Experience teaching Korean or evaluating learner language.
• Fluent in English (CEFR C1/C2 level) with clear communication.
• Familiar with CEFR frameworks and learner speech patterns.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated Korean speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality.
• Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+.
• Identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps with expert judgment.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that improves AI tutoring and language-learning models.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts.
• Contribute to raising the overall quality and reliability of AI language instruction.

Who You Are
