• 12+ years in business operations, sales operations, strategy and operations.
• Cross-functional command across Sales, Success, Partners, and Professional Services.
• Ability to build operating plans and cadence for a scaled business.
• Proven people leadership with 5+ years managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across go-to-market teams; own the operating plan across Sales, Success, Partners, and PS.
• Own internal rollout end-to-end: deployment, usage, measurement, and rapid fixes.
• Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence reviews; make reviews decision-focused.
• Own the numbers: one source of truth with current data and credible estimates.
• Clear the path: align legal, security, deal desk, and customer paperwork ahead of demand.
• United cadence of teams: bring new capabilities into one plan and roadmap.
• Hire and lead a small, senior operations team with high judgment.
