Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, HR/people strategy, sales/business operations, or chief of staff roles.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and drive resolution with minimal guidance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong executive presentation ability.
• Experience partnering with senior executives without direct authority.
• Strong program and project management skills across a large, matrixed, global org.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures in a globally distributed team.
• Highly organized with attention to detail while maintaining strategic overview.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience with V2MOM or similar strategic planning frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and extension of the SVP, EBP with insight and strategic counsel.
• Drive operating rhythm for the ESBP team including leadership meeting cadences and tracking.
• Own creation of the team's strategic planning framework (V2MOM) and quarterly reporting.
• Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable workstreams across functions.
• Lead and coordinate initiatives ensuring connectivity across global regions.
• Prepare executive materials for leadership reviews and org-wide updates.
• Manage cross-functional communications and timely information flow.
• Represent the SVP in internal meetings and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Lead special projects spanning people strategy, workforce planning, and transformation.
• Exercise sound judgment and handle confidential organizational matters.
