Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores-Tech (WWGST) team seeks a data-driven Program Manager to own delivery quality and timeliness from kitchen sites to customers’ doors. You will monitor performance, drive root-cause analysis, and design corrective actions across kitchen operations and delivery networks.

In this role you’ll lead cross-functional efforts, manage stakeholder communications, and operate with autonomy to improve the last-mile experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including the ability to create pivot tables and charts, develop formulas such as SUMIF, and use VLookup formulas.

Responsibilities

• Data & metrics tracking: monitor delivery performance (DOT, DDS), dashboards, and cadence reporting.
• Root-cause analysis: investigate delivery exceptions and institutionalize corrective actions.
• Process execution: troubleshoot bottlenecks and optimize kitchen-to-customer handoff.
• Cross-functional collaboration: align with delivery stations, drivers, and kitchen ops on SLAs and quality standards.
• Communicate program updates and escalation docs to leadership.
