Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Program Manager I for Grocery OI, R2L, in New York. You will drive outbound UTR processes, build scalable workflows, and own cross-functional workstreams to cut costs and improve quality across the network.

You will analyze data, develop standard processes, and report on KPI performance. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to operate with an owner mindset across sites in Seattle or New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of advanced Word and Excel experience.
• Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own discrete workstreams within larger cross-functional programs.
• Scope and maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers.
• Support the launch of Fresh buildings and the rollout of UTR process changes across sites.
• Develop, document, and help standardize processes that reduce cost and improve quality and capacity.
• Gather, analyze, and report data (Excel, SQL) to measure program performance.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting and dashboards for your workstreams.
• Coordinate with internal teams, operators, and partners to remove day-to-day blockers.
• Proactively identify risks and communicate to leadership.
• Communicate status, risks, and process changes clearly to leadership.
• Contribute to the quality, capacity and cost-reduction roadmap through network standardization.
• Roll up your sleeves and support the team's goals.
