Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores-Tech (WWGST) team seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead the end-to-end launch and scaling of a pioneering kitchen initiative.

You will own the program from site selection through operations, coordinating across real estate, finance, culinary design, and vendor management to deliver a seamless kitchen experience while meeting cost and quality targets. This role requires ensuring a positive customer experience by guiding cross-functional teams and maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships.
• Experience in launching new products.
• Experience with data and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Experience in operations, food service, retail, or supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program plan for new kitchen site launches.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and executive updates.
• Oversee CapEx/OpEx budgeting and unit economics with Finance.
• Collaborate on menu design, product assortment, and pricing targets.
• Negotiate 3P vendor contracts and monitor performance.
• Design customer enrollment and VoC program with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
