Responsibilities

• Develop Claude skills for IT and security workflows.
• Design and test AI agents to automate IT/Security tasks.
• Integrate MCP connectors and document behavior.
• Support security operations: log review and incident documentation.
• Assist IT operations: hardware procurement tracking and Jamf management.
• Create and maintain internal runbooks and Confluence docs.
