Responsibilities

• Assist with remote and onsite technical support under guidance of engineers.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows computers and networks.
• Document customer systems, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and work performed.
• Use AI tools for research, ticket summaries, knowledge articles, and workflow improvement.
• Review AI-generated work for accuracy, security, and relevance before use.
• Assist with cybersecurity, software deployment, device setup, backups, and IT projects.
• Communicate professionally with team members, customers, and vendors.
