Job summary

Iliad is seeking an Extensions Lead to expand the Iliad Intensive beyond its current format, increasing reach and exploring new formats. You will work with teachers, writers, and our textbook team to craft scalable, self-contained materials and new delivery modes.

You will collaborate across the organization to drive program growth, ensure high learning impact, and adapt to growth while maintaining rigorous AI alignment education standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in mathematics, physics, or theoretical CS.
• Knowledge of AI alignment field and Iliad Intensive modules.
• Strong focus on effective learning for participants in our programs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy to drive new formats from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

• Explore and prioritise expansion ideas for the Iliad Intensive.
• Collaborate with teachers, writers and textbook team to establish new formats.
• Work with Education Platform Lead to make materials self-contained and scalable.
