Edlio LLC is seeking a Tech Lead to guide the engineering team, drive AI-assisted development, and mentor engineers toward high-quality, scalable software solutions for educational institutions.

You will translate business needs into technical plans, review designs, and champion responsible use of AI tools while growing the team as the company expands. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Management certification may be required or beneficial.
• Experience in a similar leadership role is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and responsible usage is expected.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into scoped engineering plans and delivery targets.
• Review code with engineers and guide technical decisions to improve quality.
• Champion AI-assisted development and set team norms for tools like Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT.
• Identify risks early and develop contingency plans to protect delivery timelines.
• Lead retros and process improvements; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers through influence and help grow the team as it scales.
• Track AI tooling trends and share learnings with the team.
